The job of the management is to guide the enterprise in these activities and help the company utilize its resources to achieve its goals. It is necessary to approach problems encountered within this process from multiple aspects and take into account all of the effects of any decisions while at the same time keeping track of changing conditions. In order to be successful at their jobs, managers have to possess a very broad range of knowledge from a wide spectrum of areas and additionally, they require specialized knowledge in a few of the functional areas of Business Administration. It is the responsibility of respectable Business Administration Programs to produce graduates that will be successful in this environment.
