About the Department
The main reason for the opening of the program is to train lawyers who follow the developments and innovations in the national and international area and who can bring up the solution proposals for the problems that may arise in this area and the techniques and methods of scientific research. Students participating in the program will have the opportunity to refresh the knowledge they have during their undergraduate study or to complete the missing information, as well as having the opportunity to specialize in the field by taking advantage of the extensive course schedules of the program. The lawyer profile that can contribute to the professional field of collecting, economics, politics and law is different nowadays, where the legal problems require multi-dimensional views based on different legal disciplines and the search for legal solutions for both local and global problems is increasing.

The lawyer profile that can contribute to the professional field of collecting, economics, politics and law is different nowadays when legal problems require multi-faceted perspectives based on different legal disciplines and the search for legal solutions for both local and global problems is increasing. In this framework, it is also an important part of these goals to equip students with the latest information, to develop their skills in writing, expression and reasoning, and to develop abilities to apply abstract rules to concrete events, and to solve problems of private law. The ability of the program to specialize in specific areas of practice will serve to improve their professional qualities, as well as to the development of commercial life, the better operation of law and justice. The program is designed taking into account the role of law in practice and in the working life and offers different course options to serve this purpose.
